Seminar "Dynamic Business Performance Management" with Steve Morldige, ex-Unilever, and Juergen H. Daum, 25-26 June 2008 in Heidelberg, Germany

News categories: Leadership / Corporate Culture, Human capital management, Finance and Acounting, Performance Management and Controlling

How can organisations re-engineer their performance management systems and move beyond the fixed annual budget in order to better prepare themselves for succeeding in a dynamic, competitive environment - while at the same time reducing the ‚control overhead‘?

What have companies, who already use ‚Dynamic Business Performance Management‘ (DBPM), done ‘to make it happen’?

How can you develop and implement planning and control concepts for 'Dynamic Business Performance Management‘ that fit your business - starting where your are now?

These are some of the questions for which we would like to provide you with practical answers in our seminar on 25th and 26th Junel 2008 in Heidelberg, Germany (about one hour to drive from Frankfurt airport). The target group for this seminar include: managers and professionals involved with strategy and corporate development, business and financial planning, controlling and management accounting, or finance and accounting, as well as executives, who wish to inform themselves about the possibilities of a ‚Dynamic Business Performance Management. .

I am very happy that I am supported by one of the most experienced and renowned experts for this topic in Europe: Steve Morlidge, who headed the group wide project ‚Dynamic Performance Management' at Unilever and who will share with us his experiences.

In this seminar it is our objective to enable the participants to ‚translate' the ideas and concepts they will be exposed to into the context of their own company and to develop an understanding of the implications of implementation.

I am looking forward to interesting discussions that provide you with valuable impulses, insights and new ideas for you and your company.

You find more information about the seminar in the seminar brochure (including registration form) and on the IIOE-Website.

The number of participants is limited in order to create an effective workshop environment. So please register as early as possible (for ‘early-birds’, who register until 21 May 2008, a discount is offered).
