IIOE-Seminar
"Changing to last: creating and maintaining high performance capabilities
through strategic business innovation from an Intellectual Capital perspective"
- organised and moderated by Juegen H. Daum:
High
Performance organisations, i.e. organisations that outperform their peers
across business and economic cycles and across generations of leadership, have
something in common: they focus more on managing their fundamentals, their IC,
that enables them to deal with the unexpected, rather than just focusing
on managing actual performance. This enables them to perform intrinsically,
triggered by market, customer, consumer and stakeholder influences, and to
innovate constantly in order to preserve their value creation capabilities and
to move them to the next level. In
this two days seminar participants will get an overview of and practical
insights in how they can start their own journey in applying an IC perspective
in strategic business innovation that enables them to leverage their existing
IC to improve business performance and to develop strategies that create competitive
advantage that helps them to make a lasting difference.
Target group: Entrepreneurs, board members, executives from general
management, operations, HR and finance&control
Date
and location: 29-30 October 2008 in Heidelberg / Germany
Language: English
